Tuition refunds are offered to regular full-time or regular part-time employees. Only courses taken at nationally recognized accredited colleges, universities and technical schools will be approved for reimbursement. HR Manager is responsible for implementing tuition Aid policy. The application will have a simple, coherent and effective interface, allowing a new user to become familiar with it in a matter of minutes . The new application will help HR manager to provide approvals by referring critical information which will help in the decision making process .
