Admin Login
Parent
Upon the dashboard, the admin can spot the Parents icon as:

The admin can click on the “Parents” icon to manage the details of the parents in
the school management system. The admin would come across a page as:

The admin is presented with the page that displays the details of all the parents
that are present in the School management system. The rows correspond to the
details of each parent with respect to the columns like Id number, name of the
parent, profession, contact number, email id and status of the record whether it is
active or deleted. The last column corresponds to “Action” icon that contains the
following information:

View Details: The admin can view the complete detail of the particular
parents including the names of both father and mother including their
profession details and name of the student. For example

Edit Details: If the admin wishes to edit or modify the details of a
particular parent, then he or she can click on this option. This will open an
edit window as:

Once all the required changes are done by the admin, then he or she can save
the changes by clicking on “Save” option at the bottom of the sub-page. This
will give the message as “Changes Saved Successfully”.

Enable/Disable Parent: This option will help the admin to enable/
disable a particular parent. Upon clicking this, a confirmatory message will
pop up as:

The admin can choose to delete or keep the particular row of information.
The admin has the option to view the details in the form of Excel, PDF or even as a
printout of the particular parents. Moreover, there is a search option for ease of
searching the detail of a particular parent with the help of the unique IDs. The
admin can also perform the search function on the basis of name, email id or
contact number.
On the right-top corner of this page, the admin can find the option to add new
parent that will redirect the admin to the following page:
Upon filling this parent form in a proper manner, the admin can save the details by

clicking on “Add Parent” option at the bottom. This will create a new entry of the
parent in the school management software by AG.
Add Parent: At the time of direct admission it is necessary to add parent
details first then direct admission process will take place. Admin can add
parent details as:

There is a plus icon at right corner, admin can click on that a new screen will be
open and fill the form accordingly.
Screen will be show as:

After adding parent, successful message popup will be shown as:

Now the parent added will be shown in the list of parent.
