1. Introduction

Updation of Mobile number utility is provided for entry of new mobile number or to update current/ existing mobile number. This is applicable only for GPF & DCPS employees.

2. Getting Started

Access to the application is limited to authorized users. To use it, you must first log on to the SEVAARTH application using user ID and password. On logging in, the application allows you to start any of the application to which you have access rights.

3. Updation of Mobile Number & Pay bill generation

Please follow below steps for updation of mobile number.

• In the Login dialog box, type your User Name and Password, enter the Captcha as seen on the login screen (case Sensitive) and click Submit Button.

• You have to enter correct & accurate mobile number of the concerned employees

because this data will be forwarded to AG for GPF employees and data will be

forwarded to NSDL for DCPS employees. After updation of this mobile number in the

system, updates will be received from AG and NSDL to concerned employee if

entered mobile number is valid.

• Go to below work path:

Worklist > Payroll> Changes> Update Mobile Number

All applicable employees will get listed. Refer to below fig. 2

• User can search particular employee entering correct Sevaarth ID. Post updation of

mobile number, please click on save button. Refer to below fig. 3 & fig. 4

• If mobile number is not updated, then user will get alert message while pay bill

generation for updation of mobile number. Please refer to below fig. 5

NOTE: Pay bill will get generated only after updation of mobile number if employee is attached to the same bill.
