User Manual for Fill the Application

Recruitment Portal home page will looks like below image.

If you have not registered yet then fill basic details (name,mob no.,email,password) and click on

SUBMIT button. After registration, userid and password will be sent on your mail ID.

If you have already registered then click on sign in.

To sign in, first enter your registration number then your mail ID automatically reflects. Click on send

OTP.

Enter OTP and click on Submit OTP.

Now, enter your registration number and password and click on Login button.

After the login , You will see Applying For Which Court?

Select the District Court.

select name of district from dropdown to select district where you want to apply. Tick on field of

practice where you want to apply. Mark Yes or No for whether you have submitted ITR for last

financial year but application is only accepted if you click on yes.

Now, Enter your father’s name. Other information will fetch automatically.

Enter your home address,chamber address,date of birth,bar registration number and name of bar

council.

To enter your date of birth, click on icon shown in date of birth field.Choose date of birth from

calender.

Fill details of practice where you have done. Tick on box to choose from place of practice.Enter name

of district in case of district court and fill tribunal details in case of tribunal.

In case of district court, tick on specialization here.

Tick on Yes or No for providing basic information regarding work profile.

Enter number of years of experience in district court in case of District Court practice.

Note:

In case of District court experience should be atleast for 7 years.

In case of District court, no. of cases should be at least 30.

Enter number of cases conducted in previous 3 years in district court in case of District Court

practice.

In case of District court at least 15 cases must be won in previous 3 years.

Click on save and next button

Choose photo and click on upload photo.

Note: Photo should be in jpeg,jpg,png format only. Size of photo should not exceed 1MB.

Click on save and next button.

Choose signature and click on upload signature.

Note: Signature should be in jpeg,jpg,png format only. Size of signature should not exceed 1MB.

Click on save and next button.

Simillarly, upload following documents-

Aadhar Card ( JPG,JPEG,PNG format only ; Size should not exceed 1 MB).

Pan Card ( JPG,JPEG,PNG format only; Size should not exceed 1 MB).

ITR Documents ( PDF format only ; Size should not exceed 10 MB).

Certificate of BAR Councel ( PDF format only ; Size should not exceed 10 MB).

Details of cases fought ( PDF format only ; Size should not exceed 10 MB).

Details of cases Won ( PDF format only ; Size should not exceed 10 MB).

Tick on declaration (Read declaration carefully).

Note: You can re-check your details or edit your application by clicking on Edit Application button.

Once you s ubmit your application, you can’t edit your data.

After submission, re-login to view your application form. After login,to view application, click on

view button. Your application will be shown in pdf format. Save or download your application for

your future references.
