ขนตอนการตดตงและปญหาตางๆทพบในการตดตง Program i2Trade

โปรแกรม i2Trade สามารถใชงานไดตองมสงเหลาน Minimum Specification:

1. Internet Browser: Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7 และ Internet Explorer 8 2. OS: Windows 2000(sp4), Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Seven 3. Computer ตองม .Net Framework 2.0 4. CPU 1.7 GHz. 5. Ram 512 MB

ไมรองรบ Web Browser ดงน IE 9 - 64 bit , Fire Fox , Google Chrome และ Safari

หมายเหต Internet ทเลนผาน Air grad สามารถใชงานได แตจะท าให Program ชาและมกระตกถาผทใชงาน ไมเนนเรองความเรวกสามารถใชงานได แตผทใชงานเนนเรองความเรวไมแนะน าใหใช Internet ผาน Air Grad

1. เครอง Computer PC ทสามารถตดตงโปรแกรมแบบปกต (ส าหรบ Window XP) วธตดตงโปรแกรม

1.1 เมอท าการ Login เขามาในหนา Website ของBroker แลวและจากนนใหใส Account No. และ Password คลกท Icon “OK”

1.2 จากนน จะเขาสหนาจอ ดงรป จากนนจะด าเนนการตดตง Active X ส าหรบใชงานกบโปรแกรม i2Trade จะตดตงในครงแรกเทานน มขนตอนตดตงดงน

1.2.1 จากนนจะพบหนาจอ Install ใหคลกป ม OK จากนนจะพบหนาจอ File Download –Security Warning ใหคลกทป ม Run ดงรป

1.2.2 จากนนจะพบหนาจอ Internet Explorer – Security Warning ใหคลกทป ม Run ดงรป จากนนจะพบหนาจอ i2Trade.AIRA.Setup_1_7_1_0.msi ใหคลกทป ม Next> ดงรป

1.2.3 จากนน ใหคลกทป ม Next> เพอท าการ Install Program i2Trade ดงรป

1.2.4 จากนนระบบจะท าการ Install เมอท าการ Install เสรจใหคลกทป ม Close ดงรป

2. เครอง Computer PC ทสามารถตดตงโปรแกรมแบบปกต (ส าหรบ Window 7) วธตดตงโปรแกรม 2.1 เมอท าการ Login เขามาในหนา Website ของBroker แลวและจากนนใหใส Account No. และ Password คลกท Icon “OK”

2.2 จากนน จะเขาสหนาจอ ดงรป จากนนจะด าเนนการตดตง Active X สาหรบใชงานกบโปรแกรม i2Trade จะตดตงในครงแรกเทานน มขนตอนตดตงดงน

2.2.1 จากนนจะพบหนาจอ Install ใหคลกป ม OK จากนนจะพบหนาจอ File Download –Security Warning ใหคลกทป ม Run ดงรป

2.2.4 จากนนระบบจะท าการ Install เมอท าการ Install เสรจใหคลกทป ม Close ดงรป

3. ส าหรบเครอง Computer PC ทเปน Windows Vista ตดปญหาเรอง UAC ส าหรบเครอง Computer ทใชงานระบปฏบตการ Windows Vista แลวพบปญหาวา ระบบสามารถ Download โปรแกรมและด าเนนการตดตงโปรแกรม i2Trade Internet จนเสรจสนได แตไมสามารถเปดโปรแกรม i2Trade Internet ขนมาใชงานได โดยจะปรากฏหนาจอแสดงขอความใหท าการตดตงใหมทกครงท Click ป มเพอเปดเขาใชงานโปรแกรม i2Trade Internet วธการแกไข 1. ผใชงานสามารถเขาไปปดการใชงาน UAC ของ Windows Vista ไดโดยปฏบตตามขนตอนดงน 1.1 เขาไปยง Start Menu เลอก Control Panel Click เลอกท Classic View 1.2 Double click เลอก User Account

1.3 จะปรากฏหนาจอ Manage Account ให Click เลอกท “Turn User Account Control on or off”

1.4 จะปรากฏหนาจอ Turn on or off UAC ให Click เอา Check Mark ทหวขอ “Use User Account

Control (UAC) to help protect your computer” ออกและ Click ป ม OK

1.5 เมอแกไข UAC แลว Windows ตองการใหท าการ Restart เครองคอมพวเตอรเพอใหการเปลยนแปลงคาม ผลตอระบบ Windows จะแสดงหนาจอยนยนการ Restart เลอก Click ป ม “Restart Now” เพอ ด าเนนการตอ

1.6 เมอ Windows Restart ขนมาเรยบรอย กจะสามารถเขาใชงานระบบไดตามปกต

4 . การตดตง Program i2Trade แบบ Download File มาตดตงทเครองคอมพวเตอร 4.1 ถา User ทใช Login เขามาตอนเปดเครอง Computer เปน User Administrator กจะสามารถท าตามขนตอน การตดตง Program i2Trade แบบปกตได (โดยท าตามขนตอนขอท1 เครอง Computer PC ทสามารถตดตงโปรแกรมแบบปกต) 4.2 ถา User ทใช Login เขามาตอนเปดเครอง Computer ไมใช Administrator ใหใชวธการ Download Fileมาตดตง ดงน 4.2.1 ขนตอนการ Download zip file โดยมวธการดงน

4.2.2.1 คลกท Download zip File ดงรป

4.2.2.2 จากนนจะพบหนาจอ File Download ใหคลกทป ม Save ดงรป

4.2.2.3 จากนนจะพบหนาจอ เพอก าหนด Path ในการ วาง file Download ใหกดป ม Save

4.2.2.5 จากนนจะแสดงหนาจอ ทวางตว Setup ไว โดยตว Setup จะชอวา i2Trade.AIRA.Setup_1_7_1_0..zip ใหท าการ Extract File กอน โดย คลกขวาท File .zip จากนนคลกท Extract Here ดงรป

4.2.2.6 จากนนจะพบกบ ตว Setup ดงรป

4.2.2.7 จากนนให ดบเบลคลกทตว Set Up จะพบหนาจอตดตงโปรแกรม ใหคลกทป ม Next ดงรป

4.2.2.8 จากนนจพบหนาจอ Confirm Installation ใหคลกทป ม Next ดงรป

4.2.2.9 จากนนระบบจะท าการตดตง i2Trade เมอท าการตดตงเสรจใหคลกทป ม Close

4.2.2 จากนนใหมาทหนาจอ Download file และใหท าการคลกทป ม Run ดงรป

4.3 จากนนจะเขาสหนาจอโปรแกรม i2Trade

5. กรณทเครอง Computer PC ไมม .Net Framework ส าหรบเครอง Computer ทไมม .Net Framework 2.0 จะพบปญหาวา ระบบสามารถ Download โปรแกรมและด าเนนการตดตงโปรแกรม i2Trade Internet จนเกอบเสรจ จากนนจะมหนาจอ แจงเตอน ดงน

5.1 ท าการตดตง .Net Framework 5.1.1 ใหคลกท Setup เพอท าการ Download .Net Framework มาตดตง ดงรป

6. กรณทตด Security ActiveX (Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins) อาการของการตด Security ActiveX (Run ActiveX Controls and plug-ins) จะมอาการดงน เมอท าการ Login เขาส Web ของ Broker และเมอท าการเปด Program i2Trade ขนมาจะพบหนาจอ โดยทจะ ไมเหนขอความในกลองสเหลยมตรงกลาง ดงรป

วธการแกไข 6.1 ใหไปท Internet Options เปดหนาจอ Security Setting – Internet Zone ดงรป

7. การเขาใชงาน Program i2Trade กรณทเลนผาน Proxy เมอท าการ Install Program i2Trade เสรจแลวจะพบหนาจอดงน กรณทเปน i2Trade แบบ Classic

ใหท าการใสขอมลดงน

1. หมายเลข 1 : ใส Username ทเขาใชงาน Internet โดยผาน Proxy 2. หมายเลข 2 : ใส Password ทเขาใชงาน Internet โดยผาน Proxy 3. หมายเลข 3 : Remember Password - ถาคลกถก เมอเปดโปรแกรม i2Trade ครงตอไปจะจา Username, Password ไวให - ถาไมคลกถก เมอเปดโปรแกรม i2Trade ครงตอไปจะไมท า Username , Password ไวให 4. หมายเลข 4 : กด Save เพอเขาสหนาจอ i2Trade

8. การ Disable User Account Control ของ Windows 7 วธการเปดหนา User Account Control ของ Windows 7 มขนตอนดงน 1. คลก Start คลก Control Panel 2. ในหนาตาง Control Panel ใหคลก System and Security

3. ในหนาตาง System and Security ในหวขอ Action Center ใหคลก Change User Account Control settings

10. กรณไมพบปม Run และวธการแกปญหา ActiveX Control บน Internet Explorer 9 10.1 ไมพบป มค าวา Run แตขน error ActiveX control ดงรป

แกไข โดยการคลกขวาบนขอความนน และคลกเลอก Install Add-on หลงจากนน จะปรากฎป ม Run ขนมา 10.2 ไมพบป มค าวา Run แตขน Pop up ดานลางของหนาจอ ดงรป

แกไข โดยการคลกป ม Install หลงจากนน จะปรากฎป ม Run ขนมา

คลกขวาและกด Install add-on
