Definitions
o UserName: FASTtrak login user name o Password: FASTtrak login password o Order ID – FASTtrak reference Order ID o Retailer – Retailer associated with order o Ship To Country – Shipment address of order o Print Facility – FineLine production facility o TAT Days – The FineLine order production time calculated from when the order was released to
production to when the order was shipped. This value is measured in ½ days o RAV Days – The vendor delivery time calculated from when the order was released to
production to when the shipment (order) was received by the vendor o Quantity Ordered – Ticket order quantity o Quantity Printed – Tickets printed by FineLine o Tracking Number – The shipment tracking number that can be used to track the package via the
carrier website. This is a working hyperlink and can be used to obtain further information about the shipment.
App download App Download App is available in both iTunes store and Google Play store.
The packages are more than 20 MBs. So, it is recommended to download the app in Wi-Fi mode. Search the app in the store using the Keywords “FASTtrak FineLine”, “FASTtrak”, “FineLine”.

S.1 Login Screen
Language: App supports 2 languages 1) English and Simplified Chinese User Name/ Password: Same as FASTtrak website login. In order to login successfully these 3 conditions should be satisfied
1. Already registered as customer in FASTtrak website 2. Login account should be active 3. Security role ‘FTM-Mobile’ should be assigned to the user account.
Remember Username: Remembers just the user name, Not the password. Register for an account: Should use the website to register as a customer. Forgot Username or Password: Password reset can be done only using the FASTtrak website

S.2.Home Screen
Order Tracker: View order status, geo-mapping and delivery tracking information real time via direct link to the shipping vendor’s website. Users see only the purchase orders that are associated with their account. The list of orders should be identical to what appears in FASTtrak website. Service Summary: Powerful insight, including order summary, top ship to countries and products, print facility overviews, average order size and received at vendor metrics. These 2 features should be available for all FASTtrak mobile users.

S.3 Order Tracker
S.3.1Order Tracker Input
Order Tracker input: Period: Only Current month and Last month in the initial version. The orders are stored in the FastTrak in EST time. So the result of orders appears based on EST. Status: Options are In-progress, Hold and Shipped. Note: Hold reason does not appear in the initial version. Retailer: The retailer list is based on the customer/retailer assignment. Order #: FASTtrak Order# Retailer PO#: Should be able to search by Retailer PO# and not customer PO#.

S. 3.2 Order List screen
Order list displays maximum of 100 rows. If the order does not appear in the display list due to more than 100 rows, the search criteria should be adjusted to narrow down the results. The list is sorted by the order creation date to display the most recent order on the top.

S.3.3 Order Detail Screen
Order Detail page 1. Order# - FASTtrak Order # 2. Order Date: Date in EST that the order was
placed. 3. Retailer PO#s: comma separated PO#s 4. OrderStatus: current status of the order 5. Customer PO#: if available for that order 6. Quantity Ordered: #of tickets that the
customer placed 7. Printed Quantity: #of tickets that FineLine
printed Shipping information 8. Company Name: Ship to Company Name 9. Shipping address: Has link to open the map.
However, Google Map does not work inside China.
10. Tracking number: Number assigned by the shipping carrier. If the number appears in blue, then this is a link and will take the detail page. NOTE: iPhone: Use the top left link “Back to FASTtrak app” to navigate from the tracking detail page to the app. Android: Use the device back button to navigate from the carrier tracking page to the app.

Retailer list: The list of retailers appears in this selection based on the customer – retailer assignment Green letter is the section header based on the first letter of the retailer. Touch on the retailer name to select the option

S.5.1 Overview

Received at Vendor (Days): The vendor delivery time calculated from the date the order was released to production to when the shipment (order) was received by the vendor.
