Knowledge Transfer

• AUSED defines Mailaddress for GUGO to forward Webinar invitations and commits to regular forwarding

• AUSED forwards Webinar invitations in time to members

• AUSED provides information on Webinars, their recordings and openSAP on AUSED webpage, links to GUGO recorded-webinar-page

Growth

• SAP Customers (non-AUSED members) receive the invites to webinars with the comment that starting September 2015 these invitations will be distributed exclusively via AUSED

• AUSED cooperates with the unit responsible for Net-New-Names in order to promote AUSED to new customers. E.g. AUSED drafts a flyer with its benefits, which is endorsed by SAP Italy and attached to SAP software contracts for net new customers
