CONTENT

• Mongolian law on Statistics, article 6, provision 2;Statistical indicators of monetary, loans, finance, customs, tax, environment, culture, art, education, science, technology, health, social protection, food security and legal statisticswill be produced from relative ministries and government organizations and delivered to National Statistics Office of Mongolia .

• Mongolian law on statistics article 12, provision 6;The National Statistical Commission of Mongolia and its mandates: .... 6/ to collect official statistical data from relevant ministries and other government organizations in

due time.

• Mongolian law on Statistics, article 19, provision 1The powers of ministries and other government organizations with respect to official statistics 1/ to submit official statistical data to the National Statistical Commission in due time.

• Mongolian law on General State Registration, article 9.3 and 12.19.3.State Registration Authority, State Administrative Organization in charge of telecommunication issues and National Statistics Office shall be jointly approve all registrationrelated code and classifications.

12.1.Integrated database information shall be provided to legal persons in limited or unlimited who have been determined by law.
