Racers crashed into roadblock

Eight civilian were injured

PUBLIC RESPONSE

HKPC admitted that there was an error of

judgment in the operation.

The racers are hazardous to public safety

HKPC made a wrong decision in the anti-car

racing operation

Human roadblock is inhumanity

Destroyed civilians’ trust in the police

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374s 55)

“a person who takes part in a race or trial of

speed, he is liable to a fine of $10000 and to

imprisonment for 12 months”..

Police Force Ordinance (Cap. 232s 63)

“Any person who refuses to assist any such

officer in the execution of his duty when called

upon to do so, shall be liable on summary

conviction to a fine of $5000 and to

imprisonment 6 months”.
