Piling, Foundations and Ground Engineering

Our Piling, Foundations and Ground Engineering business undertakes some of the most challenging ground engineering projects in the UK, which includes building, infrastructure and ground stabilisation schemes.

Utilities

Skanska Utilities work on multi-utility infrastructure schemes in the telecommunications, gas, electricity and water sectors.

Infrastructure Services

Skanska Infrastructure Services covers urban regeneration, highways improvements & maintenance, external works and landscaping, exterior lighting, building and civil engineering in the rail environment.

Our Building – London & South East Operating Unit undertakes schemes in the Private and Public Commercial sectors as well as in Education, Residential, Private Health and the Data Centre Market.

Building – London & South East

Building – Central & Regions is responsible for all building projects in selected regions.  Where a project is carried out under PFI/PPP, excluding Education, this is also undertaken by Building – Central & Regions irrespective of location. Like Building – London & South East, they also undertake schemes in the Commercial and Education sectors as well as the Public and Private Health market, Custodial, Defence, Data Centres and Residential.
