• HP’s Online Shopping Research revealed that customers struggled to understand what they were buying.• Last year HP improved naming & image accuracy through the Qualified program• With Qualified 2.0, we are focused on improving online search results

• HP’s separation is planned for November 1, 2015. The total HP revenue metric basis will change.

HP Partner Agreement: Selling terms & conditions including Online Standard: Resell products only via URL that matches your legal name. May not sell on auction sites & sales to end-user customers only.

Revenue Minimum: $15K six months shipments for HP Supplies (PLs 1N, 5T, UK, K6 only) or $50K total HP Printing & Personal Systems product lines.

Business Basics: Functional website AND physical address (no P.O. Box), phone number, all in reseller website & matches HP records. Display HP Qualified Supplies Medallion on reseller website.

HP Brand Usage: Appropriately use HP brand trademarks, messaging & marketing assets.• Online Search: When a customer searches for original

HP ink & toner, lead with HP search results.• Linked advertising on search result pages: When a

customer searches for original HP ink & toner, the search result page may not display advertising or other brand switching messaging featuring competitive products on the top or sides of the page.

HP Policy: Must be in good standing with all applicable HP policies.

Lead with HP Search ResultsExample of Pass

Optimize the search results by displaying first the HP product family offering that relates to what the customer searched. For example, a customer needs to order an Original HP print cartridge and enters either an HP Part or HP Model Number. The resulting list should display all Original HP Supplies which are part of the HP product family before any remanufactured products.• When a customer searches by 1) “HP + Model

Number ” 2) “HP + Part”, or 3) “Part #”• Example to right shows desired search results for “HP

124A” or “HP CE257A” or “CE257A”• Note: all available colors and variations of the
