  • Expectations We expect to get a quantitative analysis of this intersection during its peak hour We expect ~5% of the vehicles to make a U- Turn on Cumberland We expect a minimum wait time of 2 light cycles to get through the intersection

  • Actual Results We saw a slightly smaller number of U-turns than expected. The majority of vehicles sat through a maximum of 1 cycle.
