BUILT FROM WOOD OFSPECIAL PHASES OF THE MOON

material protects against radiation and its mild aroma has both stimulating and soothing effects. Surrounded by pure nature, this allows guests to enjoy a deep sleep. Our guests at the Urthaler are surrounded by this strength wherever they go because the walls, ceilings and floors of the rooms are made from untreated spruce and larch wood which has been harvested in accordance with a specific phase of the moon and is therefore particuarly valuable. The hotel

has also been built using pure organic materials, without the use of chemical substances: the walls are made from wood and glass, the floors from wood or natural stone and the carpets are hand-woven. The same applies in the hotel rooms with genuine keys which are handed to our guests in person. Back to simplicity, to what matters most and to our roots. And when it comes to roots: the quantity of wood used regrows in South Tyrol every two days.
