    Market Garden Mitigation

    Market Garden Mitigation cont.

    Operators shall be required to comply with all federal, state,municipal and health district regulations related to the

    production and sale of agricultural products

    The area of a market garden used to produce the agricultural

    product may not exceed 6,000 square feet. A market garden

    may exceed this square footage limitation if the operator

    obtains a Type II conditional use permit

    Farmers Markets The Market Garden Ordinance does not impact a persons ability to sell the produce they grow to a

    farmers market, grocery store or restaurant.

    The ordinance does not take away opportunities tosell agricultural products, its adds opportunities.
