Creating a piazza where the inhabitants of ‘El
Pedregal’ and ‘Las Faldas del Pedregal’ can visit to
relax and enjoy each the activities within it was
created. There is also an area locating several kiosk-
commerce modules where the selling of different
products, this area will brought a new urban image.
By providing social welfare services such as
cooking workshop, carpentry, computation,
theater, Drug rehabilitation, library,
kindergarten, sales of products made in the
same community center. Users are encouraged
to generate a community participation in which
they, themselves are responsible for the
community center.
