Upon logging in, click on the PARTNERSHIP (CRM) tab
On the Partnership (CRM) page, click on ADD ORGANISATION
Input the necessary details as required by the system from the first page of the TN Job Questionnaire
*note: make sure you know who the ACCOUNT MANAGER would be (take note of his/her log-in email address for easier browsing)
ADDING AN ACCOUNT MANAGER: This page is simply a SEARCH page. Not all fields are required to be filled in.
You may just type in the log-in email address of the account manager and hit SEARCH on the bottom of the page.
ADDING AN ACCOUNT MANAGER: You may also use other tabs to look for the Account Manger. This page
displays the use of AIESEC details. Hit SEARCH on the bottom of the page once you!ve defined your parameters.
ADDING AN ACCOUNT MANAGER: Hit the SELECT button once you!ve found the name of your Account
Manager.
E-mail (Username) requested on this page is for the TN username. Input the email specified in the TN JQ, and take note of the password so that
the TN may log-on to the system. Hit SAVE once accomplished.
*Notice that an account manager has already been added
Once you!ve added your new partner Click on ADD CONTACTS to add your contact person for your TN.
Fill in the necessary details from Part 1 of the TN JQ On the organization contact and SAVE.
CONGRATULATIONS! You now have a new partner in the system!
