• To provide up-to-date information on allowance prices from all operational ETS that can be compared interactively online
• Essentially two dimensional graphing tool (prices, time), that allows comparison of two or more series and allows for some contextual information to also be displayed
• ICAP Secretariat staff will update allowance prices quarterly
