• Keep informed about the NDIS and Queensland’s preparations and display information about the NDIS
• Continue to refer patients to the NDIS website and the Queensland Government website for more information
• Assist patients to find out if they may be able to access the NDIS by directing them to the online self-assessment tool – Access Checklist
• Assist patients through assessment and planning process by providing information about their diagnosis, its functional impact, treatment and duration of their impairment
• Allied health professionals: consider opportunities to become a provider under the NDIS
