Adult Protection Monitoring Report 2010-12 - Key Findings:

• Differences in the rate of referrals across Wales• 2:1 women to men are victims• Most common victim are older women• Most victims lived in their own home in the

community• Staff were the people most likely to be alleged to

be responsible for abuse - 44% of referrals
