This accordian-style book was created by S. Crystal Yun for the Fall

2012 Word and Image I course at Washington University in St. Louis

over a period of four weeks. It is printed on 28 lb Hammermill paper

with a brightness of 100 through the Xerox Color Fiery 550 printer. All

the watercolor images in this book were painted and photographed

by the designer, then enhanced using Adobe Photoshop CS6. The fea-

tured text is based on Matt Mullican’s poem “Untitled” from the book,

Blasted Allegories. The body text is set in 10 pt Meta Book Roman with

14 pt leading. The pull-out quotes are set in 190 pt size. This colophon

type is set in 8 pt Meta Book Roman with 11.5 pt leading.
