(Mod.34) VIII / J / 001 UNIDAD DESPACHO DE VUELOS
PROCEDIMIENTO DE VUELO EN EL ESPACIO AÉREO MNPS.
GENERALIDAES.
OPERACIÓN NORMAL:
ACCIONES EN LA CDU:
1.- Borrar de la ruta todos los WPT que no aparezcan en la Autorización Oceánica
obtenida.
2.- Cuando ATC requiera dirigirse directo a un punto del plan de vuelo tomar las
siguientes precauciones:
a) Comprobar las coordenadas del punto.
b) Procedimiento correspondiente a la función “DIRECT TO” a un waypoint. O
subir el nuevo punto.
c) Finalmente comprobar rumbo y distancia.
PROCEDIMIENTO DE VUELO:
INICIO DEL VUELO:
Se recomienda que durante la parte inicial del vuelo se verifique la precisión de los
sistemas de navegación utilizando las radioayudas de tierra.
AUTORIZACION OCEANICA (ATC OCEANIC CLEARANCE):
Siempre que sea posible, dos miembros de la tripulación deberás escuchar con los
auriculares puestos y anotar cada autorización de ATC, comparando la recogida por
cada uno para cerciorarse de que coinciden. En caso de duda solicitar la aclaración de
ATC.
Un piloto comprobará que la ruta trazada en la carta coincide con la ruta oceánica
autorizada por ATC y el otro piloto lo verificará.
Si la ruta autorizada es distinta tachar la antigua y trazar la nueva. Una vez obtenida la
Autorización Oceánica, escribir los puntos de la ruta en la casilla correspondiente.
En caso de “RECLEARANCE”:
a) Ambos pilotos deberán ponerse los auriculares.
b) Se copiará la nueva ruta en la casilla apropiada de la carta apuntando
además hora, estación y rerouting, así como cambio de nivel o número de
Mach.
c) Cargar y comprobar los nuevos waypoints.
d) Tachar la ruta antigua y trazar la nueva con los nuevos waypoints.
APROXIMACION AL ESPACIO AEREO MNPS:
Comprobar exactitud de navegación y error máximo de altímetros.
ENTRADA EN EL ESPACIO AEREO MNPS:
Realizar las siguientes comprobaciones al pasar un waypoint:
1.- Justo antes de sobrevolar el waypoint, comparar las coordenadas de la posición del
avión en ese momento el FMS respecto a las de la ruta autorizada y recogida en la
carta de ruta y hacer lo mismo con los dos waypoints siguientes.
2.- En el waypoint, comprobar la distancia al siguiente y confirmar que el avión vira en
la dirección correcta y toma el nuevo rumbo y track apropiados para el tramo hasta
dicho waypoint.
3.- Antes de notificar el “Position Report” a ATC, verificar las coordenadas del waypoint
de la carta frente a las del FMS y rellenar la correspondiente casilla. Leer tanto las
coordenadas del punto a reportar como las del siguiente en la CDU.
COMPROBACION RUTINARIA:
Uno de los pilotos llevará seleccionada en la CDU la página POSITION para tener
presente las coordenadas a lo largo de todo el vuelo y contrastar la trayectoria volada
con la autorización ATC. Vigilar las distancia al siguiente waypoint.
Realizar una comprobación de la posición en cada waypoint, apuntándola en la casilla
correspondiente y trazándola en la carta, e igualmente de la posición 10 minutos
después de pasar cada waypoint.
PROCEDIMIENTO LATERAL OFFSET
Con el LATERAL OFFSET se distribuyen lateralmente los aviones en tres posiciones a la
largo de la ruta lo que aumenta el margen de seguridad y disminuye el riesgo de
colisión. Es un estándar para toda la región NAT y los pilotos deben adherirse a él
siempre que sea posible.
Según este procedimiento:
A lo largo de la ruta o track, habrá tres posibilidades para volar: por la línea central,
offset una milla a la derecha, u offset dos millas a la derecha.
Nunca exceder en el offset de 2 NM a la derecha, ni realizar offset a la izquierda.
Tener en cuenta las siguientes consideraciones:
No se necesita la autorización ATC para este procedimiento, ni es necesario avisarle.
Utilizar todos los medios disponibles (TCAS, comunicaciones, exploración visual…) para
determinar la mejor posición para volar.
En caso de turbulencia de estela, se podrá volar una de las tres posiciones
mencionadas anteriormente. Se puede contactar con otros aviones en la frecuencia
aire-aire 123.45 Mhz. Si se considera necesario para coordinar entre ellos la mejor
opción para cada uno.
Se puede aplicar el offset en el punto de entrada oceánica y retomar la línea central en
el punto de salida.
En el espacio oceánico controlado por radar, se debe permanecer en la posición offset
ya establecida.
Los informes de posición por vos deberán basarse en las autorizaciones ATC y no en las
posiciones offset.
COMUNICACIONES
GENERAL
Los pilotos mantendrán escucha en HF a no ser que se esté utilizando el SELCAL. (Antes
de utilizarlo es obligatorio hacer un chequeo al equipo.
Todas las horas serán en UTC.
Cuando se inicia un contacto en HF, el piloto debe dar la frecuencia en la que emite
después del callsign. (Por ejemplo: “Quality 9100 on 8865”) y habrá que incluir en tipo
de mensaje en la llamada de contacto con tierra o al principio del mensaje (POSITION
