WE NEVER STOPinnovating

nnovation has always been a key part of Heartland Homes’ history, and 2013 will be no different. Every year we always intro-duce new floor plans, new communities, and new ways of improving our customer’s experience. This year, we are taking it to a whole new level, and are hard at work designing an entirely new series of homes – codenamed “project diamond.” Designed exclusively from our knowledge of building custom homes since 1984 and the feedback of our home owners, these home designs will be light-years beyond what any other home builder can offer. Open floor plans, modern kitchen layouts, spacious master retreats, higher end details, and incomparable curb appeal will be just a few of the features of these homes. We can’t wait to show them to you, but there is a lot of work yet to be done. Keep a close eye on our blog:

(HeartlandCustomHomes.com/Blog) or our Facebook page: (Facebook.com/HeartlandCustomHomes) for additional details as they are available. We are also excited to announce the release of a brand new tool for those considering a new home – iPad tours of all Heartland Homes models! Simply visit HeartlandCustomHomes.com/Tour on your iPad or other mobile device to begin creating your list of favorite designer details from our award winning models. We also recently launched a new mobile site optimized for iOS and Android devices – to make it easier to get information on the go. Finally, we are very excited about new communities and new phases of existing communities coming this summer. Our community locations have never been better. For more details, please read our article on the next page.

ASK THE NEW HOME SPECIALISTS

What is the difference between a single family, carriage and townhome?

Single-family homes, or traditional homes, are free standing homes that can have either integral (below home) or attached (level with first floor) garages. Carriage homes have a first floor master bedroom, an attached garage and offers low-maintenance living. This home shares a common wall with an adjacent unit. A townhome is a multiple story home with an integral garage that offers low-maintenance living and shares a common wall with an adjacent unit.

Typically it takes approximately six months, however it depends on the complexity of the build and the floor plan. We understand that building a new home is the largest and most important investment that you will make for your family.

How long does it take to build once you decide on a location/floor plan?

Heartland partners with only the best vendors and brands - Kohler, Andersen Windows and Whirlpool are just a few that you know and trust. We encourage all home buyers to put their thumbprint on our blueprint to customize their home and make it their own. We also use green building practices – our homes use 40% less energy than an average 20 year old home, which puts dollars back into our homeowner’s pockets.

I have met with other builders and I am trying to figure out what makes Heartland different?

Yes, we offer impressive homes, wonderful locations within top school districts and we are an Energy Star builder. Not only that, but we have some tremendous financing incentives as well and interest rates are at an all-time low. Our incentives vary from home to home and they will depend upon the home you select. Contact Sara, Jodie or Jess to customize a home that fits your family’s needs.

Do you offer any deals or incentives when building?
