CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT HUMANITY IDEATION PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICE TEAMWORK UNT Division of Finance & Administration Challenge Coins This coin acknowledges an employee’s completion of a structured continuous improvement project. The nomination should include documentation of the process the employee used and the solution must have been implemented to show successful completion. This coin acknowledges a life-saving or unique supportive action. This could be someone who assists a UNT community member with recovery from significant injury through emotional, physical and/or behavioral support. These actions may be rare but are important to faculty, staff and stu- dents recovering from significant trauma. This coin acknowledges a proactive, solution-based idea from an employee. This must be an idea that has been implemented and successfully supported UNT’s mission and purpose. This coin acknowledges the efforts of an employee who consistently performs above and beyond the expectations of their job requirements. This includes those who exhibit leadership qualities, those who work to improve professional relationships in the division and across campus, and those whose consistent job dedication and work performance strengthens our university’s mission. This coin acknowledges the completion of a significant professional development accomplishment. This must be something that is a pinnacle achievement or that required extensive work. This coin acknowledges collaborative efforts that support the UNT community and the university’s mission. This coin may be given to an in- dividual who has gone above and beyond to work with others or members of a group who work together.
