Survey conducted February 6th 13th 2012

Sent to all full-time and adjunct faculty

Included multiple choice items and space to providewritten comments

Responses were anonymous

The written comments generally reflect the responsesto the multiple choice items

All written comments were provided to the President

The survey was conducted to gather a broad-based benchmark of facultyviews in order to formulate effective policies, practices, and procedures. Inputfrom faculty is a critical part of the cycle of improvement and helps build acohesive force for the success of the Universitys mission and vision .
