    First annual UNTD survey of faculty satisfaction

    Survey conducted February 6th 13th 2012

    Sent to all full-time and adjunct faculty

    Included multiple choice items and space to providewritten comments

    Responses were anonymous

    The survey was conducted to gather a broad-based benchmark of facultyviews in order to formulate effective policies, practices, and procedures. Inputfrom faculty is a critical part of the cycle of improvement and helps build acohesive force for the success of the Universitys mission and vision .

    Specifically, we need to decide ineach department and acrossdepartments how we can turn ourideas for improvement into actionplans.
