GROUP AMENITIES

For Europe itineraries, choose between a one-hour cocktail party with hot and cold canapés (based on a

minimum of 20 guests) or receive a shipboard credit for each guest in your group (based on a minimum of

10 guests):

• $50 per person shipboard credit on 8–11 day cruises • $100 per person shipboard credit on 15–18 day cruises

• $75 per person shipboard credit on 13–14 day cruises • $150 per person shipboard credit on a 19 day or longer cruise

Shipboard credit on China itineraries is $50 per person and applicable during cruise portion only.

Group amenities are not applicable to Russia or Vietnam & Cambodia itineraries.

River cruising is one of the fastest-growing segments in travel today, and it is one of the most desired

group travel programs. Hundreds of different groups cruise with Uniworld each year, including alumni,

wine groups, garden societies, music and art groups, and so many more. Itineraries range from 8 to

29 days with cruises along the great rivers and waterways of Europe, Russia, China, and Vietnam &

Cambodia, so there is something for everyone.

How many guests constitute a group?

A minimum of 10 guests traveling together at

the same time.

Can a group request specific staterooms

or categories?

Categories may be requested and are subject

to confirmation by Uniworld. Specific stateroom

numbers are confirmed with receipt of guest names

and individual deposits.

What is the cancellation policy for group bookings?

Standard cancellation policies apply as detailed in

the terms and conditions section on the website

and in the brochures.

Can you change names within the group?

Requests for name changes are allowed without penalty

on the cruise portion only, if submitted 45 days prior

to departure for Europe and Russia itineraries,

and 60 days prior to departure for Asia itineraries.

Are airport transfers included?

Scheduled arrival/departure airport transfers on

days of embarkation/disembarkation are included at

no additional cost to guests as long as they comply

with Uniworld Transfer Guidelines, which can be found

on the website and in the brochures.

How is air handled for groups?

Air is booked for each guest separately at time of

reservation. Air schedule and carrier is based on

availability at the time of reservation. Uniworld terms

and conditions apply. All terms and conditions can

be found on the website and in the brochures.

Does Uniworld have a charter program?

The size of our ships, quality of services, and attractive

itineraries make Uniworld Boutique River Cruises ideal

for charter for large groups and company incentive travel
