Extend: create 270 new study spaces; new exhibition space; 250 seat lecture theatre; eight seminar rooms and special collections archive. Refurbish: install new windows and facade to the existing building; double the size of the cafe; improved group and individual study and additional postgraduate space. Refresh: provision more power to study desks; refresh the flooring, lighting and signage.
