brand and specifications furnished in the schedule of items
below.

The tender form can be downloaded along with general conditions
from the University of Calicut
website (www.uoc.ac.in). The payment of cost of tender form and
EMD shall be done through
separate Demand Drafts in favour of Finance Officer or through
e-payment facility provided in the
University of Calicut website (www.uoc.ac.in) at the link
https://iwps.uoc.acin/gen_epay/pay1.php.
(The e-payment of the Cost of Tender Form is to be done after
selecting the Purpose CTF001 -
COST OF TENDER FORM and the EMD selecting the Purpose EM0001
EARNEST MONEY
DEPOSIT listed in the web page). In case of e-payment, the
bidders shall submit challan receipts of
the payment along with the tender.
Sealed tender along with the Tender cost, the EMD and the
primary agreement in stamp paper
worth Rs.200/-shall be submitted along with the tender
documents. The format of the primary
agreement is given below.
The necessary superscription, due date for the receipt for
tenders and the name and address of
officer to whom the tender is to be send are given in the table
above. Any bids received after the

Terms and conditions
The bidder shall be a registered firm and the proof of
registration shall be submitted with the tender.
The bidder shall possess GST registration and GST number shall
be furnished in the tender. The bidder shall provide a copy of the
PAN card.
The primary agreement in stamp paper worth Rs.200/-shall be
submitted along with the tender.
The rate quoted shall include GST and all other charges
including unloading charges at the place of delivery.
For value of supply above Ruppes One Lakh successful biddershall
have to furnish a
performance security equivalent to five per cent of total value
of the contract for a period of
six months and execute agreement in stamp paper worth 200/- for
the successful completion of the contract.
The correigenda if any shall be published in the University
website www.uoc.ac.in. The successful bidder shall supply the
sports goods within five days of the supply order.
Bidders shall furnish sample if called for at their own cost
The tenderer shall furnish the brand of the each of the articles
quoted in the tender. Late tender will not be accepted.
FORMAT FOR AGREEMENT (to be submitted along with the tender in
200/- stamp paver). Articles of agreement executed on this the day
of between the Registrar, University of Calicut (hereinafter
referred to as "the University") of the one part and Shri (name and
address of the tenderer) (hereinafter referred to as "the bounden")
of the other part. WHEREAS in response to the Notification No
dated
the bounden has submitted to the University a tender for the
specification therein subject to the terms and conditions contained
in the said
tender; WHEREAS the bounden has also deposited with the
University a sum of as earnest money for execution of an agreement
undertaking the
due fulfillment of the contract in case his tender is accepted
by the University.
NOW THESE PRESENTS WITNESS and it is hereby mutually agreed as
follows:
1. In case the tender submitted by the bounden is accepted by
the University and the contract for is awarded to the bounden, the
bounden shall within 21 days of acceptance of his tender execute an
agreement with the University incorporating all the terms and
conditions

under which the University accepts his tender.
In case the bounden fails to execute the agreement as aforesaid
incorporating the terms and
conditions governing the contract, the University shall have
power and authority to recover from the
bounden any loss or damage caused to the University by such
breach as may be determined by the
University by appropriating the earnest money deposited by the
bounden and if the earnest money
is found to be inadequate the deficit amount may be recovered
from the bounden and his properties
movable and immovable in the manner hereinafter contained.
All sums found due to the University under or by virtue of this
agreement shall be recoverable
from the bounden and his properties movable and immovable under
the provisions of the Revenue
Recovery Act for the time being in force as though such sums are
arrears of land revenue and in
such other manner as the University may deem fit.
