Favorite client moments

”Looks like I surpassed the 15% weight loss by half a pound J That’s 44 lbs from my heaviest at 260. My new goal is 20%, 204 lbs. The biggest difference from before is that I know I am in control of my eating and it’s no longer in control of me. “I’VE GOT THE POWER” For decades I had a fear of being hungry though I rarely was. There were a few times I went hungry, but I didn’t feel I was in control except by overeating. No more. I know there are many options now and how to get back on track.

-39.4 lbs. and -15.5%

”Went for a hike this morning, 7.5 miles. Felt good. I had enough energy to top it off and get 30,000 total steps today – that was about 8,000+ additional after the hike. Everything is so much easier these days. Physically. Emotionally. I don’t have a constant struggle with food, what to eat, what not to eat, what to hide, guilt, sadness….it’s easier and I am happy! Went to a friends house yesterday and realized on the way that I wasn’t plotting what I was going to sneak eat. No urge for junk at all. Freedom. I don’t know how else to say it. Not even a little desire and it feels great” –52 lbs. and -20.4%

”I have a lot of energy now! I have lost 37 pounds. I have gotten rid of 7 huge garbage bags of clothes to a co-worker that is also in Retrofit (one of my lunch buddies). Today I have size 14 jeans on. When I started the program I was a size 18! I am SO very happy about that! ”

-37 lbs. and15. 6%

”Just got lab work back from 2 doctors. My weight loss has changed my blood pressure – going off my meds. My arthritis inflammation numbers decreased from 2.97 to 0.9. I have a lung infection that hospitalized me the last 2 years but seems to be getting better quickly this year! This gives me hope!”

Alaska Client

”Win: At this conference last year, the seat on the plane was a little tight. My thighs touched both arm rests, could not cross my legs, difficult to get my phone out of my pocket, and so on. Just no fun at all. This year was the opposite. Can cross my legs with no issue, seats seemed big and could get into my pockets with no issues! Also, I am so excited to wear a blazer this year as I am so much more confident and don’t mind people looking at me. No more desire to blend into the background!” Male
