Paulo Ferreira da Cunha. A Short CV Universities Paulo (Jorge Fonseca) Ferreira da Cunha (1959), Full Professor (with tenure) and Director of the Juridical Interdisciplinary Institute at the Law Faculty of University of Porto, obtained two Ph D in Law: by the University of Paris II (Jurisprudence, in the section of History of Law) and by the University of Coimbra (Constitutional Law, in the section of Public Law, Juridical-Political Sciences). At this last university he is also “Licenciado” and Master in Law (Juridical – Political Sciences). He also was student of Liberal Arts Faculty of Porto (History of Art) and of the Superior Artistic School of Porto (Drawing). He is also Associate Professor at Laurentian University, Canada, Honorary Professor of Mackenzie University, and Visiting Professor of São Paulo University, among others. Previously, he was one of the founders of the private University Portucalense, Oporto, and of the Law degree in the public Minho University, where he was the founder and director of Núcleo de Estudos de Direito (Juridical Studies Center).
