o Select a Practice then select view/Advanced Audit Able to change items in EHR via Admin/ Advanced Audit Setup NG Audit is still a separate active utility
Available for EPM, ICS and now for EHR o Reduce dependency on Active Stations table
This is very important for larger clients. The less dependency on the Active Stations Table the quicker and smoother the system will run.
o Enterprise level reporting o Use report filtering in the EHR to customize Significant Reports o Save/Memorize Custom Significant Event Reports o Group rights control access to Significant Events Reporting o Include Events
– Chart Accessed/Created/Modified in EMR – Summary Data
When the secure lookup feature is enabled, users can perform secure lookups by entering a person's birth date or Social Security number in the Patient Lookup window in the EHR, EPM, ICS.
CCOW or Clinical Context Object Workgroup is an HL7 standard protocol designed to enable disparate applications to synchronize in real-time, and at the user-interface level. CCOW is the primary standard protocol in healthcare to facilitate a process called "Context Management." Context Management is the process of using particular "subjects" of interest (e.g., user, patient, clinical encounter, charge item, etc.) to 'virtually' link disparate applications so that the end-user sees them operate in a unified, cohesive way. It is vendor independent and allows applications to present information at the desktop and/or portal level in a unified way. CCOW is designed to communicate the name of the active user between various programs on the same machine.
The user should only need to log into one application, and the other applications running on the machine will “know” who is logged in.
System will recognize which time zone an end user is in when using a thin client. If fat client is in New York and thin client end users are in Los Angeles, their terminals will now reflect their correct time zone.
o Access- Users are able to run Crystal reports o Save to Chart- Crystal reports can now be saved to the Patients
EHR encounter chart. o Setup- Reports can be added here into the system, once added
if Users have the access right they can run these reports and /or save to the Patient’s encounter chart.

Provider delegates
Rosetta Holding Tank
o View Orphaned Results Replacing LabAssign Rights An interfaced item becomes “Orphaned” when the result is
returning to the EHR and lost the Enterprise or Practice that it should be assigned to. A user needs to log into the Rosetta Holding Tank and “claim” the orphaned result into an Enterprise/Practice.
