What is Universal Jobmatch?Universal Jobmatch is the new, free*, online job posting and matching service for companies and anyone looking for work.

Universal Jobmatch replaces Jobcentre Plus vacancy management services, including Employer Direct and Employer Direct Online.

It will be quicker and easier to post your jobs online, at a time to suit you. New technology will help speed up the recruitment process by automatically matching jobseekers CVs and skills to your jobs.

You can access the new, secure and streamlined service by visiting www.gov.uk/advertise-job

Universal Jobmatch is available in English and Welsh.

What does this mean for you?Using Universal Jobmatch will enable you to:

• post jobs online quickly and easily

• explore the number of potential jobseeker matches before posting a job, and receive an anonymous list of matches

• receive a list of suitable jobseekers that match your job posting

• review the CVs matched to your job and select the jobseekers you want to apply, all online

• invite jobseekers to apply for jobs online

• post a number of jobs in one go

• respond to jobseekers requests for feedback by using a simple drop down menu

• give feedback to Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) on the new service.

What you need to do now Access Universal Jobmatch by visiting www.gov.uk/advertise-job.

You will be asked to register for a Government Gateway Account if you don’t already have one. You will need this every time you log in to Universal Jobmatch.

If you have not posted jobs with us before using Employer Direct or Employer Direct Online you will also need to follow the simple process to register as a new user on Universal Jobmatch.

If you are already registered with Employer Direct or Employer Direct Online (EDon) your account will automatically be moved to Universal Jobmatch.

Once your registration is complete you can start using Universal Jobmatch to advertise your jobs and manage your account online.

Byddwch yn cael eich annog i gofrestru ar gyfer Cyfrif Porth y Llywodraeth os nad oes gennych un eisoes. Byddwch angen hyn bob tro y byddwch yn mewngofnodi i Paru Swyddi Ar-lein.

Os nad ydych wedi hysbysebu swyddi gyda ni o’r blaen drwy ddefnyddio Cyflogwyr Uniongyrchol neu Cyflogwr Uniongyrchol Ar-lein bydd angen i chi hefyd ddilyn y broses syml i gofrestru fel defnyddiwr newydd ar Paru Swyddi Ar-lein.

Os ydych eisoes wedi cofrestru gyda Cyflogwyr Uniongyrchol neu Cyflogwr Uniongyrchol Ar-lein (EDon) bydd eich cyfrifon yn cael ei symud yn awtomatig i Paru Swyddi Ar-lein.

Unwaith y bydd eich cofrestru wedi’i gwblhau gallwch ddechrau defnyddio Paru Swyddi Ar-lein i hysbysebu eich swyddi a rheoli eich cyfrif ar-lein.

*Efallai bydd costau arferol eich darparwr rhyngrwyd yn berthnasol.

Beth yw Paru Swyddi Ar-lein?Paru Swyddi Ar-lein yw’r gwasanaeth hysbysebu a pharu swyddi ar-lein newydd am ddim* ar gyfer cwmnïau ac unrhyw un sy’n chwilio am waith.

Mae Paru Swyddi Ar-lein yn disodli gwasanaethau rheoli swyddi gwag y Ganolfan Byd Gwaith, yn cynnwys Cyflogwyr Uniongyrchol a Cyflogwr Uniongyrchol Ar-lein.

Bydd yn gyflymach a hawsach i hysbysebu eich swyddi ar-lein, ar amser sy’n gyfleus i chi. Bydd technoleg newydd yn helpu i gyflymu’r broses recriwtio drwy baru sgiliau a CVs ceiswyr gwaith gyda’ch swyddi.

Beth mae hyn yn ei olygu i chi?Bydd defnyddio Paru Swyddi Ar-lein yn eich galluogi i:

• hysbysebu swyddi ar-lein yn gyflym a hawdd

• edrych ar y nifer o ganlyniadau paru ceiswyr gwaith posib cyn hysbysebu swydd, a derbyn rhestr o ganlyniadau paru dienw

• derbyn rhestr o geiswyr gwaith addas sy’n cyfateb â’ch hysbysiad swydd

• adolygu’r CVs oedd yn cyfateb i’r swydd a dewis y ceiswyr gwaith rydych eisiau iddynt wneud cais, i gyd ar-lein

• gwahodd ceiswyr gwaith i wneud cais ar-lein
