PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS FOR HIGH SPEED UNIVAC 600 VARIANTS
Trillium offers all of its 6" Univac Rotary Lobe Blowers in high speed variants which are useful for achieving higher pumping speeds below atmospheric pressure while conserving the footprint of your pumping system. Dimensionally, each variant is identical to its 1800 RPM counterpart. The MHR (Horizontal) and MVR (Vertical) variants achieve higher speeds through the incorporation of specially balanced lightweight lobes as well as a mechanical seal on the input shaft. Our lightweight lobes offer superior performance and due to their reduced mass, make our high speed blowers 35% more energy efficient, which translates into reduced operating cost for our customers. In addition to the MHR/MVR features, 5HR and 5VR variants include internal mechanical seals to isolate process gases to the swept volume, as well as water cooled bearing housings to offset the additional heat generated from this configuration. Specific detail of each configuration, as well as achievable pumping speeds are listed below.
