• Any employee who pledges 1% of their pay or more will receive a full day Floating Holiday to use after 1st quarter 2010.
• Any employee who pledges 1 hour's pay per month (Fair Share) will receive a 1/2 day Floating Holiday to use after 1st quarter 2010.
