Mission: Providing information technology operational base services by committing to cost effectiveness, reliability and professionally executed technological services "in the heart of San Antonio," enabling battle command and information superiority readiness supporting Joint, Combined and Army forces. VISION: To build a highly competent and disciplined workforce providing first class technology services and products supporting JBSA, worldwide contingencies and the working environment for thousands of Military, Civilians and Families today and in the future.

Why Partnerships?

• Raises expectations of accelerated growth through faster access to technologies in addition to gained learning experiences (knowledge sharing)

• Assist the development of organizations and entities in their individual efforts to ‘simply catch up’

• Can play a major role in mobilizing resources and technical expertise to upgrade outdated infrastructure

Wireless services are a necessary mean of transformation as its communications transport, which is even more important during natural disasters.
