Requirements and procedures (1)
• NGOs/CSOs registered and operational in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq
• Beneficiaries are IDPs and host communities• One project per NGO/CSO, joint submissions
possible• Projects amounting to US$ 50,000 – 300,000• New deadline: 19 October, extended to 23

Requirement and procedures (2)
• Conflict-sensitive; to include mechanisms to increase social cohesion
• ‘Do-not-harm’ principles in humanitarian aid (see http://spherehandbook.org)
• Gender balance: at least 30% of women beneficiaries
• Focus on vulnerable groups amongst IDPs and host communities, in particular women and youth
