UBL has a written and documented security policy.The security job is entrusted on contractual grounds to GROUP FOUR SECURITY SERVICES.The security agency provides security guards as per companies

requirement.

DUTIES OF SECURITY GUARDS

Entrance control. Periodic patrolling. Visitor’s registration. Incoming vehicle registration. Verifying employee’s identification. Inspection of cars, unidentified or

suspicious objects. To handle intruders or defenders.

TO PERSONNEL: On- duty register.Visitor’s register.Visitor pass.Verification by intercom.Knowledge of emergency rescue system, evacuation plan, first aid method, fire fighting, nearest fire station and

Management must enforce wearing of safety gears among the work force.

Cleaning of broken glasses should be a done regularly and frequently. Lifting tackles should be immediately provided with a platform of sound construction.Proper chain of command in case of emergency.More awareness about chemical spillage. .
