一点儿一点儿 to modify an adjective Before the adjective: 有 + 一点儿 + Adjective : a little bit 那套西装有一点儿旧。 That suit is a little worn. 我最近有一点儿忙。 I have been a little busy recently.  After the adjective: Adjective + 一点儿： a little more我要穿休闲一点儿的衣服。I want to dress a bit more casual. 你穿正式一点儿，好吗？Please dress a bit more formally, could you?我喜欢长一点儿的裙子。I like dresses a bit longer.

一点儿一 can be omitted in many cases:这 ( 一 ) 点儿水太少了。This is not enough water 。我去买 ( 一 ) 点儿水果。 I am going to buy some fruits.这双鞋子有 ( 一 ) 点儿大。This pair of shoes is a little big.我明天有 ( 一 ) 点儿忙。I will be a little busy tomorrow.

有 + 一点儿 + Adjective ，V + Adjective + 一点儿 的 +( 吧 ) 。

的 is used to link a modifier and a noun it modifies. 的 is used to indicate possession

的 and 的 Phrase的 Phrase: the modifier with 的 can

replace the noun in certain contexts, then the new patterns stand for noun phrases even without the main noun

◦我的外卖很好。她的也不错。 （她的 = 她的外卖）

◦ 这杯绿茶是谁的？这杯绿茶是我的。 （我的 = 我的绿茶）

◦ 我喜欢红色的 T 恤衫。我也喜欢红的。 （红的 = 红的 T 恤衫）

Use the words of clothing items or other nouns (drinks, dishes, fruits, snacks, families, etc.), with appropriate measure words, adjectives and pronouns to replace the phrases in the parentheses:

我也不喜欢绿色。也 is placed before the negative word 不 , meaning too, as well as it is in positive sentence.

Indicates that the speaker has been pondering the question for some time, which can be translated as: “I wonder + question sentence”

Weiwei and Lynne were looking for some sweaters for Lynne. You need to construct a conversation between them on such topics as style, color, price, size, fitting and finally making a decision. For each of the topics that you are assigned, please create at least two rounds of dialogues. Use the words and structures we have discussed in this unit as much as you can.
