July 4, 2015 – Fourth of July Parade & Festivities Come to the village to celebrate our nation’s birth! In addition to the village festivities, AHS will have coffee and water available along the parade route from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Parade begins at 10:00 a.m. The Museum will be open from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. July 9, August 13, September 10 – AHS Board Meeting We invite you to join in helping to preserve, share, and celebrate Ada’s history. The meeting is open to all and will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the museum. July 28, 2015 – Garden Party We celebrate the bounty of summer in our lovely gardens and grounds. We’ll have treats and special surprises as you stroll the gardens. The Garden Party will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Make an evening of it and stay for the Music On the Lawn concert at 7:00 p.m. That evening’s group is Ghosts of the American Road, singing Americana music. August 7, 2015 – August in Ada AHS will participate in the village’s annual children’s festival. Stop by our booth amid the rides, activities, nibbles, and fun. The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Ada Township Park. August 11-13, 2015 – Pioneer Days Kids step back in time and live like the Pioneers did at this 3-day summer camp. Register through the Ada Parks Dept. at 676-0520. 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at AHS. September 26, 2015 – Roselle Park River Fest Ada Parks Dept. hosts Ada’s fall festival with lots of fun for the whole family. Stop by our booth for Ada-themed goodies and a kids’ craft. The event runs from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Roselle Park, 1010 Grand River Drive NE in Ada. Come to the village to celebrate our nation’s birth! In addition to
