WASTE UTILIZATIONis a global scale problem Global economy has and will always produce wastes. There isno any optimal solution so far for safe and cost-effective utilizationof MSW (Municipal solid waste). Landfilling, incinerationand dumping of waste inflict irreparable harm on peoples’ healthand environmental well-being, and existing treatment methods arenot economically reasonable.

Specially designed filters of greenBLAZE processor allows removing heavy metals fromgaseous phase.

Other types of MSW utilization and treatment (such as incineration or lowtemperature pyrolysis) inflict detrimental harm on the environment

Similar processors allow generating electric and heating energy, but asopposed to greenBLAZE, they are not designed for fuel generation. Alternatively, the plants designed for fuel generation unable to produce electricity.

Other plants are mounted directly on the site where they are planned to be usedand can’t be relocated. Dismantling of such plants is labor-intensive andrequires heavy expenses.

Production output is estimated during the project design stage. In case it isneeded to augment the volume of treated feedstock, another plant or longtermupgrade of the current one is required.

Majority of plants are designed for treatment of a particular type of wastes.Separation of waste is compulsory procedure before the treatment.

Similar plants convert MSW into specific type of energy only. Rapidreconfiguration of the equipment is not possible.

greenBLAZE processor is mobile and not connected to a specific parcel of land, it can be easily dismantled and relocated if needed.

greenBLAZE is based on modular principle. It allows ramping up productioncapacity without heavy expenses.

All configurations of greenBLAZE processor are operated on unsortedmixed wastes without considerable expenses.

Configuration of greenBLAZE processor for generation of synthetic liquid fuelallows producing several types of fuel – from synthetic gasoline with high octanenumber to diesel. Change of fuel to produce is carried out by adjustment of theprocessor's settings.
