Budapest, Hungary
Budapest is the capital of Hungary and the country's principal political, cultural, commercial and industrial centre. The River Danube divides the city into two parts: on the right bank lies hill-covered Buda, with many historic relicts, museums and residential areas; Pest on the left bank, is a flat area accommodating the business part of the city (need better explanation for shopping, business etc). Budapest offers interesting sightseeing and activity opportunities, as well as numerous local and international restaurants. Budapest is a UNESCO heritage site since 1987.
