The battle of the Alamo began on February 23, and ended on March 6, 1836. The Alamo was in the Texas war for independence. Eventually, Texas was joined into the union causing the Mexican American War, which obviously Americans won. San Antonio is heavily influenced by this past battle.

Should we have a sister club in San Antonio?

As a group, we agree that San Antonio would be the perfect place for us to join a sister-city.

Overall, San Antonio is a good place for us because they offer programs for people our age of Hispanic culture, and they also do it indoors, which Floridians can sympathize with.

Lastly, San Antonio opens us up even more to Mexican-American culture, instead of learning about cultures we already know.
