The 2013 Report identifies four areas of focus for sustaining development momentum: enhancing equity, enabling greater voice and participation of citizens, confronting environmental pressures and managing demographic change. Moreover, the report calls for a critical look at global governance institutions to promote a fairer, more equal world.
