This one day introductory/intermediate level course considers the common but relatively poorly understood consequences of fatigue and sleep difficulties following brain injury and ways of managing these. The course will focus on assessment and rehabilitation interventions for fatigue and sleep disorders which are know to significantly impact upon a person's psychological well being, their quality of life, rehabilitation outcomes and limit social and vocational participation. This course is suitable for clinicians with some experience in the area of ABI who are interested in increasing their understanding of fatigue and sleep disorders and enabling their clients to manage these common consequences of acquired brain injury.
