The University is requesting site and aesthetic approval for the purpose of constructing a new dining facility adjacent to Galloway Hall, Belk Hall, Graham-Hewlett Hall, and the University Apartments in accordance with UNCW’s contract with Aramark, the University’s food service provider.

UNCW Dining Facility Ground Lease Approval
Status: On April 16, 2015, the UNCW BOT approved the University’s request to enter into a Ground Lease with ARAMARK for the construction of a new dining facility to be located off of Reigel Road in proximity to Graham, Hewlett, and Galloway Residence Halls
