Following were the Activities during the 2nd Quarter as under:Fellowship: Dandiya Night at Field’s Club organized by Tr. Sarfaraz Tobwala.

Casino Night on Diwali was organized by Tr. Sandeep Singhvi.Casino night on New year’s was organized by Tr. Deepak Bhansali.

Gala Dinner party hosted by Tr. Sandeep on National Fellowship Day. New year celebration at Hotel Monsoon Palace (Lotus Suites)

Venue : FIELD’S CLUB, Udaipur

Navratri celebrations with Dandiya Ras was organized at Field’s Club on 3rd October 2009. It was a fun filled event being together with wives & kids. Tr. Gautam & Anjali Hinger won the prize for best couple that eventful night.

Venue : FIELD’S CLUB, Udaipur

On National Fellowship Day Tr. Sandeep Singhvi organized a wonderful Gala party at FIELD’S CLUB on 21st Nov. 2009. It was a great evening with every one enjoying, Dancing till the wee hours of the morning.

RTI WEEK – Distribution of SweatersDate : 12th November 2009

Venue : Devra Magra School, Udaipur

During the RTI week celebrations the fellow tablers gathered together at our adopted school at DEVRA MAGRA, Udaipur to distribute 50 Sweaters to the students of the school.

During the RTI week celebrations the tablers gathered together at School Project at DEVRA MAGRA, Udaipur to distribute 15 Tables & Benches,1 Almirah for the students of the school.

Venue : Devra Magra School, Udaipur

During the RTI week celebrations the fellow tablers gathered together at our maiden School Project at DEVRA MAGRA, Udaipur and showed the Movie Bal Hanuman to the students of the school with the help of Projector.

Little Genius Club InaugurationOn 30th December 2009

The LGC was inaugurated with much fun and frolic wherein the new members were sworn in and spot essay, painting and dance competition were held.

Fundraising Movie show in February, Coupon drive, Valentine’s Day Party, etc.

Projects.Looking for new Project site as the old school Project have some issues with the builder to be resolved. Children Movie show between 1st Week of February 2010.Fellowship: Social on 17th January. 2010 on the occasion of Makar Sankranti.Valentine’s Day celebration.Holi Bash with theme Rang me Bhang.Publicity: Holi Bash will witness the young turks participation of Udaipur. The media will be invited to cover the occasion.Children Movie show will be for 1200 children of Udaipur and major media participation is targeted.
