Mabini also shared her knowledge of the similarities between the Filipino and Chamorro culture, which she gained during her visits to remote provinces in the Philippines. Through these visits, Mabini experienced an authentic immersion into the Filipino culture by living in Nipa huts. It was a proud moment for my parents, family and friends," she shared.
