"Having worked alongside UKLC for many years, I am happy to say thatthis organisation has my complete trust. The educational programmes they

offer are of a high-quality standard and they always try to accommodatethe needs of each group of students. In particular, their residential

summer courses for young learners have a great mix of nationalities andan excellent programme of extra-curricular activities and excursions.Furthermore, in the past UKLC staff have been very welcoming and

always willing to help our students and group leaders."

We pride ourselves on our strong relationships with partner agencies. We understand that agents need high quality partners in the UK in order to gain satisfied clients who will generate word of

mouth marketing on their return home. Our relationship is built on trust. We work with your group leaders to ensure that the safety of

your students is the priority throughout all of our centres.

We understand that the success of our business is inseparable from the success of the agents we work with. We will work with you to create attractive marketing material to sell our courses. We help with the details of getting groups to our schools; supporting you

during the visa application process and finding the most cost-effective transfers from each airport.

We launched programmes from Reaseheath College in 2015. It has been a very successful centre with hundreds of students providing strong feedback in the first year. This year we are improving our

programmes across all centres by increasing the range of English Plus on offer and including them as part of the standard package.

This follows partners’ requests for added value for their customers in what has been a challenging year. We have also added a number

of programmes at King’s College London. It is a world class university in an unbeatable location and our premium courses

there will be very popular. We hope to work with our partners for a successful 2016.

Directors, UKLC

Tuition

Placement TestsWe offer classes at four levels from Elementary to Upper Intermediate. Students are given a placement test on their first day of classes to ensure they are placed at the correct level.

ExaminationsWe offer the option of taking Trinity College Spoken English (GCSE) exams on-site for courses of 10 days or longer.

Sports and activitiesWe provide a wide mix of exciting sports and activities up to 4 afternoons a week, both indoors and outdoors, including football, tennis, swimming, art, drama, dance, indoor climbing, golf, volleyball, waterpolo and much more. Theavailable activities will depend on the facilities at each centre.

Our sports and activities sessions are usually three hours in length, normally include three sports and are run on-site. Our sports and activity staff have experience in coaching and hold coaching qualifications. All sessions are carefully planned, and designed to be both educational and enjoyable.

We know how important it is for each individual student to find their own path in language learning. For this reason, we use a wide range of methods to engage our students effectively and stimulate their motivation. Our academic programme is called You Can Learn 4, or as we like to call it UKL4, and it comprises four specific programmes tailored for all of our students;

• UKL4 FUN (Ages 8-10): Highly communicative lessons that offer a wide range oftailored material and activities. It makes games into lessons and lessons into games.• UKL4 CONNECTION (Ages 11-14): Very interactive lessons using a variety ofmethods and media to encourage students to establish a connection, not only withtheir peers, but also with the English language and British culture.• UKL4 ACTION (Ages 15-17): Interactive multimedia lessons that, using authenticmaterials, encourage students to activate their knowledge of English and motivatethem to communicate through action.• UKL4 MASTERS (Ages 15-17): A programme that aims to empower our students bythoroughly working on all language systems (grammar, phonology, lexis, discourse)as well as to prepare them to take exams in English (PET, FCE, TOEFL, IELTS).

Preparation

Chester is a new university, having gained this status in 2005 but it has a history dating back to 1839. The eclectic mix of modern and historical buildings combine to create an attractive campus, set in a city that was founded as a Roman fort 2000 years ago with the name Deva Vitrix. It is now becoming a must see European destination.

The campus itself boasts an abundance of green space and is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens. It is just a short walk away from the vibrant city centre with its mix of cafes, shops and ancient walls, rows, amphitheatre, historic architecture and archaeological features.

Reaseheath College is an extraordinarily unique site set in 330 hectares of beautiful Cheshire countryside situated in the picturesque town of Nantwich. Nantwich itself dates back to the Roman era and has the largest collection of historic buildings in the county outside of Chester.

In 2010 Queen Elizabeth II visited Reaseheath College to open two new world-class buildings on campus, despite Reaseheath’s recent renovation it still has a fantastic contemporary mix of modern buildings alongside historic structures. With a farm and a zoo on site, you will struggle to find a site so packed full of engaging activities.

The siteoffers a mix of modern facilities and accommodation set against aback drop of medieval architecture. Its position in the middle of thevibrant city of Manchester means that students have the opportunityto explore a wealth of attractions on their doorstep.

Famous for its industry, Manchester has been modernised over the past 20 years and has become one of Britain’s most important commercial and financial centres. Plymouth College is one of the South West's leading independent schools and is based in the bustling historic maritime city of Plymouth. Its close proximity to Dartmoor National Park, magnificent countryside and the coastal landscapes of Devon and Cornwall make it the perfect destination for groups wanting to enjoy the beauty of the south coast.

Plymouth is famous for its incredible naval history and the whole region is a popular tourist destination. The city itself attracts large numbers of visitors who are drawn to the Old Barbican district where they can stroll through streets that date from the sixteenth century and take tea in Elizabethan tearooms. The school itself is located in the city centre and has excellent sports facilities. Following the London 2012 Olympics, Plymouth College boasted two medallists – Tom Daley (bronze) and Ruta Meilutyte (gold) - amongst its students!
