1. GEOGRAPHICAL DATA 1.1 The AD is located 1nm W of the town

Borispol and 14nm ESE of the city of Kyiv. The surrounding terrain is rather fl at with some smaller heights SE and W of the AD. OBST to be noted is one of 1286ft to the NNW and OBST up to 558ft E of the RWY. W of the AD is the Yriver Dnepr.

2. WEATHER2.1 The climate is continental with relative

warm humid summers with a mean MAX temperature above +20°C for JUN-AUG. Winter season is rather mild with mean MNM temperature of -6°C in JAN/FEB.

2.2 Seasonal weather conditions generally offer no problems. Most of the weather activity consists of CBs or linesqualls.

2.3 The prevailing winds are W. Weather below minima is uncommon.

2.4 Surface wind speed is given in m/s and cloud height in metres. Cloud amount may be given in tenths.

1. WARNING Bird hazard

2. TWY RESTRICTIONS 2.1 TWY 12-14, 16 and TWY to maintenance

area width 18m/59ft. TWY 18 width 20.7m/67ft. TWY 9, 11, 15, C3 and MAIN TWY 2 width 21m/68ft. MAIN TWY M1 width 22m/72ft.

2.2 Code 4E aircraft (wingspan 52m/171ft - 65m/213ft) (main wheel span 9m/30ft - 14m/46ft) prohibited on TWY 12 and 14. Taxiing of code 4E aircraft via TWY 13 and 18 and code 4D aircraft (wingspan 36m/118ft - 52m/171ft) (main wheel span 9m/30ft - 14m/46ft) via TWY 12 and 14 to be performed strictly by taxiway centreline and at a safe speed and great caution.

2.3 Taxi route M: MAX wingspan 65m/213ft. Taxi route K: MAX wingspan 29m/95ftI. TWY C2: MAX wingspan 36m/118ft.

3. LOW VISIBILITY PROCEDURES (LVP) 3.1 LVP shall be applied when RVR is less

than 600m.

3.2 RWY 36R used for CAT II/IIIA operations.

3.3 After LDG report RWY and ILS critical area vacated.

3.4 Standard taxiing route LDG RWY 36R:TWY A1 (A2, A3) – B – C – stand.

Note: “Follow me” service from TWY C, or if SMR U/S from TWY B.

3.5 Standard taxiing route TKOF RWY 36R: TWY C (B) – B – A6.

4. ALTIMETER SETTING4.1 Clearances are given in feet QNH and feet.

QNE (FL’s). QFE and metres are available by pilot

request.

1. COM Contact “Boryspil Operations Control” on

131.775 at least 30min before ETA and state POB, luggage and other pertinent information.

2. VISUAL APCH 2.1 Visual maneuvering above Boryspil city,

inside sector R005-R055 within D2.7-D6.5 BRP below 2460ft (750m) prohibited.

2.2 RWY 36L/36R: Maintain MNM 2460ft (750m) until D4.3 BRP.

3. LANDING Pilots are reminded to leave RWY quickly

and shall use high-speed turn-offs according to the table below, or if unable advise ATC.
