We will ask experts to comment on how they have handled these questions in their organisations. (PH will forward the list of questions in advance of the meeting.)

A light lunch will be served and it is hoped that everything will be completed by 2.00pm.
• Registrations: grew from 25,000 in Jan 2005 – 28,000 in March 2005
• Page views: almost 200,000 /month compared with 70k /month in 04
• Page views per login grew from 7 pages to 13 pages
• Avg. ‘Unsubscribe Rate’ consistently less than 0.2% since Jan.
• Opt Out Rate at Registration which grew to a high of 43% - solved in Jan 05, now less than 2% per month.
• However,
