The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis aroundthe world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the

over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance ofEarth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while

flying for the US Air Force. Under Project Blue Book, the US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years; andwe continue this research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFOs are visiting

us in ever-increasing numbers.

Bill Stephenson writes, Hi George, I just received information I was promised along with an air map that shows thelocation of a mile long Black triangle that was looking directly at New York City. Employed as an Air Traffic Controller thewitness waited until he retired to report his sighting.

He states, Late in the summer of 1997, my wife and I were driving home to Harrison, New Jersey about 1:30 AM, fourmiles east of Montclair I looked up at the approach path for runway 22t Newark Airport and noticed three aircraft aboutthree miles in trail of each other on final approach. Several miles east of the approach corridor, I noticed, a large darkobject (depicted above), I stopped the car and both of us got out and saw the object directly above us hovering at anapproximate height of 3000-4000 feet. The object was completely without noise, no motor noise, no noise all.

It was an enormous triangular shaped craft based on my experience pointed toward New York City. In my 30 years of airtraffic control and 47 years as pilot, I have never seen an object of that size in the air. My estimate is that it wasapproximately 1 mile across.

The following day I checked with Newark and Teterboro airport towers and nothing had been reported. The New YorkTracon center had perfect radar coverage of that particular area and nothing unusual was reported. As such, I kept mymouth shut, as I did not want to be declared a nut case. Since then I have retired and while listening to the "Coast To

Coast" broadcast I have heard similar reports. Whatever the object was, it was not detectable by any radar. It also, as theenclosed map demonstrates, remained clear of all arrival and departure routes in the busiest air traffic area of the country.

Had this craft materialized in the daylight, it would have definitely created a major panic. It still amazes me how it moved inand out of the area without detection. Man - this was gigantic! I do hope our report helps your research. T hanks to

Joint Intelligence Committee (JIC) papers on UFOs reports the Air Ministrys head of air intelligence - Air Vice Marshal BillMcDonald - on unexplained aerial phenomena, addressed a meeting in April 1957. He said four incidents involving radar

MANCHESTER AIRPORT UK Aviation Authority's AirmissWorking Party reports a near miss with an "unidentified

object" that was reported by the captain and first officer of a737 approaching Manchester airport on 6 January 1995.The investigation failed to identify the object. DEFE 24/2042

(p 182-83).

Another released report contains a sketch by a member ofthe public showing a UFO "20 times the size of a footballfield" allegedly seen from the ground on January 6, 1995,

A new French report released on May 31, 2010 concludedthat UFOs are definitely real and possibly of extraterrestrial

origin. My friend Antonio Huneeus, Editor of Open MindsMagazine has translated the French report to English.

While not an official government study, the Progress Reportof the Sigma/3AF Commission comes from a highly credible

source, the Aeronautical & Astronomical Association ofFrance.

I have been receiving reports from various sources that

numerous aeronautical agencies and investigative organizations are endorsing the reality of the UFOs.France is the only country where the collection of Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena (French acronym PAN) and itsscientific study have been assigned since 1977 to a civilian official organization, the CNES [National Center for SpaceStudies, the French space agency] through the GEPAN study group. GEPANs Information sources come mainly fromcooperation protocols signed with the CNES, the National Gendarmerie, the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGAC),

the Air Force and Mto France.

Since 2005, GEPAN has added to its traditional missions an informationcomponent, becoming GEIPAN, the Study and Information Group on AerospaceUnidentified Phenomena.The 3 AF, as a learned society in the fields of aeronautics, space and defense,felt therefore particularly affected by these strange phenomena and understoodthat the certain fuzziness of the information could be answered more objectively.The new analytical group dedicated to this issue is SIGMA/3AF, whose Presidentis Alain Boudier.

The 3AF progress report states, No natural phenomenon can account for themajority of observation reports accompanied by electromagnetic detections madeby one or several radars. Both the defense services and air traffic control havebeen confronted a number of times around the world with unknown aerialintrusions or artificially induced phenomena.The report goes on to say: T he behavior of these devices during encounterswith fighter jets or interceptors some have participated in real swirling battles inthe U.S. suggests they are controlled, guided or led by particularlysophisticated automation the air superiority of the craft concerned, if they are

indeed crafts, is such that none of the many interceptions which have been madeagainst them, in the United States for example, have been able to overcome oneof these devices.

The same can be said for the confirmed deprogramming of ICBMs at MalmstromAFB inMontana on March 16, 1967, for example, while a luminous machine the size of a B-52 flew over the site at very lowaltitude.

The report states, Remarkable accelerations of the craft right after a stationary mode and then concludes: We feelthat we must reject the thesis of a terrestrial origin for all the observations made since World War II. Indeed, if a nation ofthe world had been able to secretly develop such an armada of exotic craft, like those observed for more than half acentury, the means of analysis and strategic logistics available would have permitted their rapid identification. The illegalover-flights which they have been guilty of conducting could constitute a casus belli [cause for war].

Finally, the experts at 3AF state: the above features suggest that in many cases the devices detected, far from beingunidentified, are easily recognizable by the aerial defense agencies as part of a technology far ahead of ours.

Editors Note: While flying aircraft for the US Air Force I intercepted a UFO that was ten times larger than any previousairborne radar return I had ever seen. If we owned these aircraft, we would have a great deal of trouble just parking themwithout being seen. Tim Brosnan writes, With nearly 30,000 flight hours under his belt, Jim Courants qualifications as a major passengerairline captain are solid. So is his conviction real. "I got the proof that I was after, Courant says. Thats the part I wontdiscuss. But obviously something has kept me in this, taking the chances Ive taken. Gordon James Gianninoto sent me the attached photo of a saucer materializing out of a cloud over a power plant. Theseshow that saucers over power plants are not unusual, and probably recharge their batteries by doing so. That means that

such saucersare not interplanetary, but local, planetary, and depend upon a 'mothership' for transportation beyond Earth.

Itis probably a reflection from a drop of water, but I was tucked back in the garage as I did not want to get my camera wet,and the rain/wind was blowing away from me. California Sightings

SAN JOSE -- I was up at the top of Mt. Hamilton with a friend taking some pictures of Saturn and Mercury using theconstellation program on his phone. We noticed a big bright star over the flight path in San Jose that disappeared so we

thought it must have been a plane. Ten minutes later, my friend noticed a big bright "star" in the trees in front of theObservatory that was moving and hovering from side to side. It then slightly and smoothly moved up, and then came back

down to its original location and continued to move from side to side. It is in the attached photo 6981 and you can tellwhen you magnify the picture that it is not a star and not a plane.

In addition to this... when we arrived at the top of the hill before noticing the light object, I felt a presence to my right. T henext day, my friend sent me some of the pictures he took of me standing on the edge of the cliff looking out into the valley.In photo 6989 attached, you will see an orb with what looks like a blue light in the shape of a body standing in front of meto my right. It looks like the shape is mirroring the way I am standing. The light object was still hovering right in front of theObservatory to our left when we departed 20-30 minutes later. It was the first time I had ever seen anything like that and itwas amazing :).

SAN FRANCISCO -- I was in my backyard in Noe Valley District in around 12:30 AM, on June 10, 2010, and I was lookingaround at the garden. Sometimes I go out there at night and relax in the garden so this was normal for me. I wascompletely involved in looking down at the ground and my plants when something caught my eye in the sky to the south ofme. I looked up and saw a large group of around ten dimly glowing red lights forming an uneven "V" pattern in the sky.When I say "uneven", I mean that they formed a V shape, but one side of the V extended out farther than the other, like acheck mark. It was completely silent and glided across the night sky from east to west.It moved slowly and I was confused because at first I just assumed it was the underside of a plane and thought some of itslights were burnt out on one end. T hen I realized it was not making any noise, and I started to get chills down my spinebecause I was quickly realizing that it was not a plane. It seemed to be flying extremely low to be as wide as it was. I wasfighting to accept that I was seeing, something amazing and extraterrestrial. The portion of lights, which created theextended part of the V, broke off from the rest of the glowing reddish orange lights. It spun rapidly in clockwise circles, shotoff into space, and was gone leaving even "V" configuration. It slowed its movement in the sky then it faded away and wasgone. The just faded away, just like when you turn off a light on a dimmer switch slowly. The whole event lasted about 10seconds. I rather feel privileged to have seen this. Thanks to MUFON CMS

CHICAGO -- Two or maybe the same UFO flies over for ten minutes on August 23, 2010 starting first at 4:24 PM thenreappearing at 4:30 PM flying in same noiseless slow pattern. The UFO was a slow moving bright star-like orb that

shimmered like a diamond in the sun's light.

I was in my backyard watching the sky when a bright star first appeared east over downtown then slowly moved in a westdirection. I filmed as if flew over for five minutes. Then a second bright UFO orb appeared 1 minute later in the same spotit started and flew the same 5-minute long flight pattern but this time directly over my head. It then disappeared.

Sorry, the video is not great but ok it gets blurry and out of focus at times during the 10 minutes, it leisurely flew across thesky but I wanted to report it because there were other similar reports of this on same date. I have been filming this UFOphenomenon frequently for a year now.

TISKILWA -- While standing outside in Northwestern Illinois on August 9, 2010, at 9 PM, I heard a loud roar over myshoulder and turned to look at a triangle shaped object at very close range just as the roar stopped. T he object wascompletely silent and maintained an altitude of about 100 feet for the duration of the sighting. The sky was very dark, and Isaw airplanes with running lights flying at high altitudes. There were no planes at low altitudes. The objects shape was ina triangle. The object was solid, as it had an outline and blocked out the stars behind it. It was very dark, with each pointof the triangle having a rather dim white light, and in the center was a blinking red light.

These lights turned off for a period of perhaps one-half minute, just after I had moved my position to be directly under theobject. T he size of the object seemed to be about 25 to 30 feet long from the front point to the back, and the dimensionacross the back, as seen later, seemed to be somewhat shorter. It traveled very slowly (a human could have outrun it) ona level horizontal altitude toward the south-southwest, over pastures, a road and then a bean-field, for about one-half milebefore I lost sight of it. As it passed over the bean-field, I noted that the back end of the triangle seemed to be less than 10feet high, and completely, but dimly lit with white light. A few times, the land below and to its left glowed with a soft whitediffused light. The sky above the illuminated land was also lighter than the sky above the object, but only up to the heightof the object. My view was unobstructed during its path except for a few moments when two or three trees got in the way.Duration of sighting may have been about four minutes.

Note: The speed of movement described as "a human could outrun it" has been reported before for triangular objects. Inaddition, the red light in the center and white lights at the corners is a common trait. T he roar and then silence is notcharacteristic of these objects. Given the reliability of the witness and the description, this is an intriguing case. Thewitness also reported an unusual sighting of multiple airborne lights 2 days after the above sighting. MANDEVILLE -- On August 18, 2010, suddenly freaked out. She said it randomly took her to a street in the same city thatwe were looking in, but a different area and subdivision, nowhere near, where we were. There were four pictures of it fromthe Google Streetcar and it was a triangular shaped, silver aircraft. It could not be moving very fast because the Googlestreetcar took several pictures of it. I do not think this is a regular aircraft, because I have never seen one like it and onsomeone's blog, there was a diagram of a UFO that looks exactly what I saw.Note: The date and time of the above photos is unknown. I believe that the white triangular image on the photos is acamera anomaly and not a real object. The image is likely due to a lens flare effect. FREDERICK My daughters 14 and 11 and there friend who is 12 think UFO's are silly were leaving the swimming poolaround 9 PM, when we noticed a bright light on the ground in the middle of the yard and looked up. There were four brightlights just hovering there, they were about the size of basketballs. There were three outer lights that formed a triangle andone in the middle. The lights were very bright and white; we could not make out any details of a plan, ships, etc...

My sister handed me the digital camera (we had been taking underwater pictures in the pool, so we had the camera withus) and we took four pictures. There was no sound except for some kind if wishing noise when it took off. I am not sure

how long it hovered, seconds. Then it slowly drifted across the backyard toward the woods and then took off and wasgone. As it took off it turned to the left and seemed to leave a trail of light for ust a few seconds. We were very scared.Thanks to MUFON CMS

Michigan Triangles

BERLIN TOWNSHIP -- On August 12, 2010, my 20-year-old sister, her 22-year-old security guard boyfriend, and I (a

26-year-old teacher with a master's degree) planned to watch the meteor showers. At 10:30 PM, we all lay on the deckand were enjoying a few meteors when we saw golf ball sized glow that was getting closer. We could see it was the

headlight coming from some type of craft. It was like a flashlight but did not shine down. The craft also had a blue and ared light. As the craft quietly moved low overhead we could see it was triangular shaped heading west. Then it dipped and

glided toward the north, dipped down and up a few more times, and was finally out of view.

Five minutes later a bright yellow circular glow appeared again and we witnessed the same thing again with the sameflight pattern. This time we all heard a whirring noise. Then a third craft came into view with the exact same appearance.This led us to believe there were minimally two separate craft since our second sighting had vanished only seconds

earlier.

My sister and I drove south down Dixie Highway for five minutes and had our fourth sighting. My sisters boyfriend calledshortly after midnight to say he witnessing the same hovering yellow glow from his home in Trenton, Michigan. We stayedoutside until 2:AM, but had no further sightings.Note: I do not think that the witnesses misidentified conventional aircraft. Regular aircraft can appear triangular shapedwhen they are overhead, but the whirring noise, lack of "jet rumble" and blue light suggest that the craft were not regularaircraft. FAIR LAWN On August 20, 2010, we saw something utterly incredible that lasted for well over an hour. I noticed a faintlight that seemed to streak across the sky. Newark airport is nearby but these were not planes. Multiple lights began toappear over the western sky above the tree line. These lights, although a significant distance away, were something thatshocked me. Almost a dozen objects were moving at thousands of miles per hour in many different directions.

They were turning at right angles, reversing direction, chasing each other and maneuvering all over the sky. These whitelights would also flash red or orange. It was as if they were in a dogfight seemingly interacting with each other. Thisactivity lasted for over an hour with the lights disappearing and reappearing during their amazing acrobatics. Virginia Orange Lights

FISHERSVILLE -- On August 18, 2010, my son and I were getting out of my car and saw a silent light that looked like astar. It hovered and then moved swiftly a short distance.

I grabbed my camera, and filmed a light that had flashes of light coming from the base of it. I zoomed in and it looked liketwo orange orbs fused together, rotating, with a flashing light at the bottom. This is my second sighting this year! Thanksto MUFON CMS

MT. RAINIER I took photos from White Pass the scenic viewpoint on Highway 12 West on July 18 2010 at 12:41 PM.This is a usual practice for me and I use the date time stamp on my photos so I know exactly when I have taken the

pictures.

My camera is a Canon PowerShot SX120 with 10 mega pixels. I downloaded the photos today and two photos show anobject that appears as a dot on photo just north of Mt. Rainier. CHARLESTON On August 22, 1010, was heading home around 9:30 PM, and turned off the freeway onto a secondary

road and the car in front of me was going very slow. I then saw an object in the sky that was very bright red in the centerand shimmering around the edges.

It was big, bright, and flying around 10,000 feet. I pulled off the side of the road took a couple of I phone pictures.I was in a panic and could not get a zoom in the shot. Another car approached and asked, What is that in the sky? Weobserved the object for a minute and I was convinced was no aircraft! All of a sudden, the outer lights disappeared on atriangle shaped object and the single reddish light flew straight up into the sky. Thanks to MUFON CMS

WORDSLEY I was feeding my seven month old son "K" at home on August 20, 2010, when from nowhere we suddenlyheard the thunderous roar of military choppers near our house. I went out to see what the commotion was and then went

to get my camera. The choppers were about 300 yards away from my house.

When I started taking photos of the helicopters one of them flew directly above our home! It was very intimidating to saythe least. My girlfriend suggested that the chopper pilots might have seen my camera flashes. This photo appears to showa UFO materializing! I do not know what to make of it. Please check it out and let me know what you think. There weremany dogs barking.

STOURBRIDGE On August 17, 2010, at 5:21 PM, we were with friends, dining at Katie Fitzgerald's, inWollaston/Stourbridge.Halfway through our meal we all became aware of two helicopters hovering very low and veryloudly just above us, maybe 150 feet high.They were there for around five minutes. After awhile, my girlfriend decided to get our camera and proceed to takepictures. I know from experience that whenever you see police helicopters to take photos of it, even if you can't seeanything with the naked eye, you'll be surprised at what may develop in the shots!
